PROFILE OF THE MMA TESDA GRADUATES
The Mary Mediatrix of All Graces Academy, Inc. TechVoc Education graduate is either young or adult individual who was molded by Marian virtues and pedagogy into a future skilled worker, leader, a nation economic building contributor, and a catalyst of progress in the global community not just because of skills and knowledge, but primarily because of good spirit to render selfless service.
Upon the student's graduation from any Technical-Vocational Training, either from Senior High School or TESDA Courses, the student would have been formed into a person who:

- who lives for others above oneself
- who lives a life with the spirit of a servant, full of humanity and compassion
- who lives a prayerful life
- who preach and live the Gospel
- who have a sense of dependence to the providential love of the Lord
- who's focused in life is to enter into the will of God for him every day wherever he is

is COMPETENT in one or more areas of one's life with the zeal to serve according to its skill or multiple skills and knowledge as gifts from God, with the attitude of giving oneself for others; recognizing the diversity of gifts of other people where he may be sent to and live within harmony with them, and; breaking the attitude of individualism but instead promote unity amidst diversity.

FIDES EX AUDITU means faith comes from listening to the proclamation of the Kerygma, The Good News.
The Shield represents the four (4) cardinal virtues that protect man from doing evil by living a moral life. These are prudence, fortitude, justice, and temperance.
Yellow Rays represents the power of the Holy Spirit that illuminates and enlightens. The one who received light can bring the same light to others.
Dove means the empowerment from the Holy Spirit and the call to live in righteousness.
Green Leaves means victory over the battle of isolation and individualism will be overcome by communion with God and others.
Cross is an invitation to enter in suffering with Christ to turn it into glory.
Lady in White Dress is the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a woman of humility, simplicity, and praise. White dress symbolizes purity and obedience to the will of God.
